Q. Are my items in stock?

A. The Beetling site has real-time inventory, which means that you can see the availability of any combination on each product's web page. Back ordered items are also shown in the order confirmation email.

Q. What about backorders?

A. There is no additional cost to ship backorders. There is only one shipping & handling charge per order and it is charged when your first shipment is sent. Additional shipments are shipped at no additional cost. Backordered items are shipped as they become available. Backordered items will be grouped and shipped together when appropriate. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. We accept Visa & MasterCard. You may also place your order by printing our order form and mailing it to us with a check or money order enclosed. Please be aware that orders placed with personal checks require an additional two weeks to process. Please do NOT send cash in the mail.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?

A. Yes, shopping at Beetling is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. 

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. You must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company, if unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur.

 You may also place your order by printing our order form and faxing or mailing it to us. You may need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and/or print the order form.

Q. Is gift wrapping available?

A. Yes, gift wrapping is available, we take great pride in our packaging - each order is carefully wrapped in delicate tissue and placed inside an unmarked shipping box. Please call us to go over what color tissue you would prefer and costs for wrapping service. 1-888-925-5733. Our unpriced shipping invoice will be included with all gift wrapped orders. Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain pricing information regardless of the type of invoice accompanying the shipment.

Q. Are gift invoices available?

A. Yes! During the checkout process you will have an opportunity to choose to have a gift invoice enclosed with your order. Beetling gift invoices are quite similar to our normal invoices with the exception that they do not contain pricing information. Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain pricing information regardless of the type of invoice accompanying the shipment.

Q. Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?

A. Occasionally we offer coupon or promotional codes to our customers. To use one of these codes, please enter the code on the "Payment" page of our checkout process. If you place your order over the phone, please inform the customer service agent that you have a code. Coupon code may be used once per order.

Q. What is my Shopper ID?

A. Shopper ID is a unique ID that identifies what is in your shopping cart. In the event that you are experiencing technical difficulties, or do not wish to continue on your own, you may call customer service to complete your transaction. By providing our customer service representatives with this Shopper ID, we can make this experience faster and more convenient for you.

Q. How do I change my membership information?

A. Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. To access your private information, you first sign in, and then you can edit or delete your information through the "my account" page.

Q. How do I order by Mail or Fax?

A. You may place your order by printing our order form and faxing it to 604-523-9553 or mailing it to us at Beetling Design Corporation, 105 - 2131 Hartley Ave., Coquitlam, BC V3K 6Z3. You may need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view/print the order form.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping & handling?

A. Because each item is so uniquely shaped, Beetling must calculate your order's shipping and handling and advise you via email or by phone before shipping your order.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If your order is shipped via FedEx or Canada Post, your email will contain a tracking number to track your order. You can then track your order from the members only page or use the FedEx or Canada Post Internet tracking site.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. Beetling usually ships in stock items in one to two business days, excluding holidays.

It is important to remember these dates and times are in effect for in stock items only.

Q. What is Beetling' exchange policy?

A. Beetling Designs manufactures all of our products to very high specifications. Should your product have damage as the result of a manufacturing defect please contact us immediately and we will replace the product.

Damage due to the result of improper installation, or any other cause, other than manufacturers defect, will not be subject to the replacement warranty.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.

Q. How do I ship an item for exchange?

A. Please rewrap the item that you are returning and place it in the original packaging. Enclose a note as to why you are returning the item, and allow ten business days for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your replacement shipping date, and any other shipping details that may be necessary.
